Monday--Beef Stew, the recipe can be found at The Southern Plate.
Tuesday--Spaghetti.
Wednesday--leftovers.
Thursday--Lentils and Egg Noodles.
Friday--Kielbasa Pasta.
Saturday--Pork Medallions with sour cream gravy, rice, veggies.
Sunday--Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad.
I really wish I could follow in your foot steps! We usually have the same boring foods every week. Because of your menu plan Mondays, I think I am going to try to make some different things this week. :)
ReplyDeleteHi, can you come to my house? My menu looks nothing like yours. It's mostly Monday: Scraps and crackers. Tuesday: Fend for yourself and so on. Really, I have severe envy and need your help!
ReplyDeleteYay! Yes menu planning rocks. It has really simplified my evening and brought peace to dinnertime around here. Plus grocery shopping is a lot easier and I stay on the list and save money, which is always awesome!
