Wednesday-Semi-Homemade Chicken and Dumplings
Thursday-Creamy Crock Pot Chicken Thighs.
Friday-Spaghetti.
Saturday-Weiner Schnitzel, German Potato Salad.
Sunday-Leftovers.

ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment! I don't follow a recipe, but just add steamed broccoli to already-made potato soup.
For the potato soup, I boil potatoes in chicken stock, then mash them and add milk, pepper, sour cream, mayonnaise, and sauteed onions. Finally, some cheese sprinkled on top makes it a non-diet worthy but delicious dish ;)
