Monday--(DD's 3rd Birthday) Fleisch Kuechle, pasta roni, corn.
Tuesday--Easy Crock pot roast, mashed potatoes, peas.
Wednesday--Chicken parmesan, angel hair pasta.
Thursday--Leftover roast.
Friday--Roast chicken, rice, mixed winter veggies.
Saturday--(DD's birthday party) hot dogs, chips.
Sunday--Chicken soup.

ReplyDeleteoh corn chowder is so easy to made. Boil some potatoes, onion and garlic until the potato cubes are soft. Add a can of cream corn and 1 can of canned milk. Stir in some spices. I use curry, cumin, tarragon, salt and pepper and there you have it. Done. For more corn add some frozen corn as well.
